Product Arrived, PO Closed 6.16.22

Search: BYR – PO Line Received Order QTY Zero

This search is for product that has arrived in stores, that was cancelled and closed for a variety of reasons. These items would be Bill Exceptions in the past. These bills will not be paid until line resolution is filled in on the items.  

If we are not keeping the product, you should follow your standard RTV process. This product has been received. 

If we are keeping the product, a discount is needed to do so. We cancelled the product, assumed it would not be arriving and we need to apply a discount accordingly. 

1. Original QTY, No Bill, No Qty, Received Qty >0 

• These Pos were received in port and cannot be billed. 

• If keeping, add quantity back to the lines, add line discount price, change the rate under Current Item Rate, fill in buyer resolution (Bill Incorrect: Product Cancelled, Pay Discount Rate) and PO line resolution (discount approved).  

2. Original QTY, Has Bill, No QTY, Received (working on resolution) 

3. Original QTY, No Bill, No QTY, no received, AP has bill, need to enter (working on resolution)
