1. Open – Silhouette by Vendor
2. Export
3. Add 2 columns next to Silhouette
4. Copy Silhouette to first blank column and change title to New Silhouette
5. Add formula to second blank column =IF(C2=D2,”No”,”Yes”), title IMPORT
6. Add Pivot Table
     a. Rows
             i. Class

             ii. New Silhouette

      b. Sum
             i. Count of Parent

      c. Review Pivot Table for duplicates in each Class
             i. Choose one and change the other ones to match

            ii. Duplicate values are problematic for reporting

7. Add Pivot Table
      a. Rows
             i. New Silhouette

            ii. Class

      b. Sum
             i. Count of Parent

            ii. Review Pivot Table the same silhouette being in 2 classes

           iii. Change Class of items in Netsuite or change silhouette

8. On data sheet
      a. Filter for Class
      b. Sort of Silhouette New
            i. This will pop the Missing to the top

      c. Filter for a Keyword in Display Name to find similar items
      d. Populate Silhouette New with correct Silhouette
      e. If none available, or need more detail, create new ones
           i. Must put on separate tab as these must be created in NS prior to importing

9. Once data sheet is complete, filter IMPORT for Yes
10. Import them
11. Voila
